ReservationsHi! I was told that night trains will require reservations... Problem is I don't know where to do it =S I'll need night trains from Rome to Paris (i found Artesia night train), Paris to Madrid, and Madrid do Lisbon (i know Lusitania Hotel Train)... If someone know where i can reserve it please say something
thanks
ReservationsHi!
If you know the dates for Paris - Madrid and especially Madrid - Lisboa already then you can do it at a CP station. In principle you can make reservations for all these trains at staffed railway stations in western/central mainland europe. Ie Milano Centrale, Roma Termini, Paris Bercy/Lyon/Austerlitz etc, Madrid Atocha/Chamartin... However the reservation for the Lusitania could make troubles in other countries than Spain or Portugal. It sometimes works, sometimes doesnt... Oh, and if you want to save a little money on the Paris - Madrid route have a look at the bottom of the link: paris-madrid-night-train-t1133.html Flo ![]() If you want to support our work here at the forum and website, please buy your official InterRail ticket at shop.interrailer.com - Thank you.
InterRailing 30th July - 29th August - starting in Morteratsch, Switzerland. Then on to the Perigord.
ReservationsIf you prefer reservations by Internet, go to www.tgv-europe.ch/fr/billet-train - despite its focus on TGV, it offers seat/bed reservations on night trains as well, as long as they touch France somehow (so not sure for the Lusitania)
Alternatively, go to www.renfe.es/. There the Lusitania is for sure.
Reservationsjust on problem: i have interrail ticket so where can i reserve by the internet? tgv-europe.ch/fr/billet-train this is a good site but it doesn't have the interrail ticket option, i would have to buy a normal ticket (very expensive).... If i would reserve in the station where it departs two days earlier do you think there would be possible?
ReservationsYes!
